Release 0.1.7 focuses on firmware image selection and safer configuration compatibility.

Highlights:

  • Adds an Image version dropdown with the RunCam WiFiLink GS menu fix image selected by default.
  • Keeps the OpenIPC buildroot snapshot image available as an alternate online image choice.
  • Adds releaseVersion to the JSON configuration so imported settings can be migrated safely between releases.
  • Converts legacy parameter files during import and shows a conversion message before applying the updated format.
  • Preserves imported image choices so older configurations do not silently switch to a different image source.
  • Adds validation and fixture coverage for legacy valid, current valid, legacy invalid, and current invalid configuration files.
  • Updates the user guide and configuration reference for the new image choices and parameter import behavior.

Packages are attached for macOS arm64, Windows, Linux x64, Linux arm64, Debian/Ubuntu packages, and RPM. The macOS build is ad hoc signed unless Apple notarization secrets are configured, so macOS may show a first-launch security warning.
