This PR adds Hindi translation for the extend-kubernetes section. This is part 4 of 5, focusing on:

• setup-extension-api-server.md
• configure-multiple-schedulers.md

The translation follows these guidelines:

• Technical terms have been kept in English
• Directory structure mirrors the English version
• Front matter has been preserved
• Translation adheres to Kubernetes localization guidelines
