This is a Hindi (hi) localization PR.

Translates the Cluster Components concept page into Hindi:

  • Source: content/en/docs/concepts/overview/components.md
  • Added: content/hi/docs/concepts/overview/components.md

Notes for reviewers:

  • Component and binary names (kube-apiserver, etcd, kube-scheduler, kubelet, kube-proxy, etc.) are kept in Latin script.
  • Shortcodes (figure, glossary_tooltip, thirdparty-content), links, and frontmatter keys are preserved unchanged.
  • Prose is localized following the conventions used in existing content/hi pages (e.g. कुबेरनेट्स for Kubernetes).
  • Changes are limited to a single localization (hi) only.

Translate content/en/docs/concepts/overview/components.md into Hindi at
content/hi/docs/concepts/overview/components.md. Component and binary
names (kube-apiserver, etcd, kubelet, etc.) and shortcodes are kept
intact; prose is localized following existing hi conventions.
