Kujo MCP 1.1.0 adds canonical Ability projection and execution, a reproducible portable Ability host package, Agent Plugins 1.0 packaging, Codex and VS Code host configuration, a managed VS Code read-only smoke certificate, Watchdog lifecycle projection, and hardened repository profiling and package paths.

The release includes deterministic host evidence, a compatibility matrix, SBOM and unsigned provenance metadata, cancellation and approval contracts, and the CMS, SSG, and MCP Ability Pack launch catalog.

Release boundaries: the portable npm package is not yet published; signatures, marketplace review, mutating-host certification, remaining live refresh/revocation/isolation/approval and recovery drills, and enterprise certification remain separate gates.
