Patch release for the portable Kujo Ability MCP host package.

  • Ships executable npm launchers for kujo-ability and kujo-ability-mcp.
  • Normalizes package bin targets and refreshes reproducible package metadata.
  • Certifies VS Code 1.136.1 and Codex 0.144.4 clean-profile install paths.
  • Fixes CI certification ancestry checks by fetching complete history.

The reproducible package is release-ready; npm registry publication remains contingent on registry authentication.
