Align Windows installer with macOS: banner label, credential paths

- Banner now shows "(Windows)" matching macOS "(macOS)"
- Credentials saved to install dir (C:\printer-proxy\credentials.txt)
  matching macOS behavior, plus a copy on Desktop for convenience
