Fix setup.sh: redirect stdin from /dev/tty for interactive input

When running via `curl ... | bash`, stdin is the pipe. Redirect

Cloudflare intercepts 502 responses and replaces the JSON body with
its own error page, hiding the actual error message. Use 422
Unprocessable Entity for printer connection failures so the error
