Add interactive Bun-compiled installer with @clack/prompts

Single TypeScript codebase compiled to standalone binaries for
Windows (x64), macOS (arm64 + x64) using Bun. Provides arrow-key
menus, animated spinners, and a polished interactive experience.

- installer/: TypeScript source with @clack/prompts
- setup.sh / setup.ps1: tiny bootstrap scripts for one-liner install
- CI updated to build Bun binaries alongside Go proxy binaries
- Original install.sh / install.ps1 kept as legacy backup
- README updated with new recommended install commands
