Addressed in cf72f7e: Customize Regions and Choose App Icon now use the same bounded, rounded action-panel treatment as the rest of the gallery.

Also the three roundrects in "style your places" look like buttons, we should change that

Addressed in cf72f7e: the three surface samples are now freestanding hierarchical glyphs rather than filled rounded rectangles, so they read as examples instead of buttons.

## Summary - add a searchable “Insights & Accuracy” explorer for Recent Activity and Where's four data-quality detectors - personalize the deterministic preview from the latest 14 logged days without running generation on page load - show the report's already-loaded live issue count and link to the existing Recent Activity and Resolve surfaces - keep generation and issue scans behind explicit user actions ## Testing - `./test WhereUITests` (419 tests passed) - focused Insights & Accuracy and Settings snapshot matrices passed - included in the final full 42-suite snapshot verification ## Stack Fourth PR in five-PR GitHub Stack; based on [#211](#211), followed by [#213](#213).
