• randomise_techs: Techs are shuffled between all characters. Note that this might make a person know RES in a battle without knowing how to use it out of battle, and vice-versa.
• encounter_rate: Fed up with fighting every four steps? Make it eight!
• movement_speed: Proceed at greater than snail's pace!
