DxvaTableManager by Bubble39.
Uses MikuMikuLibrary by Skyth.

Adds a template for Custom Head models to the chritm editor, and improves the tool tips for the editors to add more information about how they should be formatted. Also changed the default sort index for modules to 800 that way they can appear before t-shirt modules, but you can have them appear behind the t-shirts as normal by setting it to an ID above 905.

Increases the limits of Module ID, Customization ID, COS ID, and Item ID's now that a Module ID Patch is available and the new limit is "seemingly infinite." However, use common sense when choosing which ID's to use. If you're not sure what ID range is safe to use, ask or refer to community module guides.
