DxvaTableManager by Bubble39.
Uses MikuMikuLibrary by Skyth.

Increases the limits of Module ID, Customization ID, COS ID, and Item ID's now that a Module ID Patch is available and the new limit is "seemingly infinite." However, use common sense when choosing which ID's to use. If you're not sure what ID range is safe to use, ask or refer to community module guides.

Credit goes to Bubble39 for the original source code and Skyth for MikuMikuLibrary. I simply edited the code for ease of use.
