4. Vortex Import

Importing Vortex logs to Forseti to continue using your old given strikes

⚠️WARNING⚠️ This feature is experimental, it is not guaranteed to work with every server or to import every single given strike, mute, or ban with Vortex. It has been tested with a server with over 14000 members, having dealt out punishments to over 2500 users. This is already a quite good amount of data to work with to find out special cases, but there might be some exceptions of logs not being thought off yet. If it occurs to be not working with your server, please don't hesitate to contact me on Discord so I can take a closer look at it to improve it!

This special feature has been developed to provide a nearly seamless transition from Vortex, in case you are using Vortex, to Forseti.

This solely exists because the original server I moderate wanted to switch, but could not do it due to the massive amount of strikes, bans, and mutes they've dealt out.

Import Vortex

Use /import-vortex [#channel] [@vortex] to start an import of your servers' Vortex logs.

⚠️WARNING⚠️ This command can take up to several MINUTES depending on the size of your server, already dealt out punishments, and length of the log channel.
⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ Make sure to get this command right the first time, this command is the only one that has a 3 HOUR cooldown to prevent spamming, abusing, and tanking the bot's performance.
