Added

  • Revision-locked transcript rough-cut planning maps selected transcript source ranges to verified 1x sequence placements and emits descending, non-mutating cut instructions.

Fixed

  • Premiere Pro 26.3 UXP packages now use Adobe's compatible network permission declaration while runtime validation still permits only the exact loopback WebSocket bridge endpoint.

Validation

  • 1,538 automated tests pass across the protected Windows/macOS Node matrix.
  • CodeQL and connector-package checks pass.
  • UXP distribution validation, npm packing, and landing production build pass.

The exact packaged CCX still requires confirmation in a licensed Premiere host; issue #132 supplied reporter evidence for the adopted Premiere 26.3 manifest declaration.
