Fixed

  • set_effect_property now accepts serialized string values, including MOGRT and text properties, and reports effect-property readback status.
  • Legacy CEP/QE effect discovery now returns a clear no-mutation diagnostic when Premiere reports an empty effect catalog, with the supported UXP workflow identified for compatible hosts.
