Native transcript edit planning

  • Adds capability-gated UXP tools to export and search Premiere's native transcript and create revision-locked, read-only edit previews.
  • The connected UXP surface grows from 16 to 19 tools; the 279 core-tool surface is unchanged.
  • Automatic transcript-to-timeline application remains unavailable until documented source-to-sequence reconstruction is validated in a real Premiere host.

Also included

  • Repository Copilot guidance and deterministic Node 24 setup checks.
  • Release metadata aligned across npm, CEP, UXP, Claude/Codex plugins, and the landing site.

Verification

Root lint/build/508 tests, package dry run, production-only audits, landing production build, cross-platform CI, CodeQL, and trusted npm publication passed.
