Easier setup and safer connection recovery

  • Assistant-first onboarding with Claude Desktop as the simplest supported route.
  • Read-only verify_premiere_connection, --doctor, sanitized support bundles, and an accessible in-panel Connection Center.
  • MCPB v0.4 and deterministic direct UXP CCX distribution.
  • Native Windows/macOS CEP installer build pipelines with production signing gates.
  • Canonical catalog: 280 registered tools, 278 in the default profile, and 297 with 19 UXP tools connected.

Install

  • Claude Desktop: download premiere-pro-mcp-1.9.0.mcpb.
  • Supported UXP hosts: double-click premiere-pro-mcp-uxp-1.9.0-direct.ccx in Creative Cloud Desktop.
  • CEP compatibility connector: download MCPBridgeCEP.zxp, or install through npm with premiere-pro-mcp --install-cep.

The MCPB and native platform installer previews are not represented as trusted-platform signed. Adobe Marketplace, Anthropic directory approval, and live Premiere validation remain separate external gates.
