style: merge "List" lines

This PR merges all stuff like:

rw [AAA, BBB,
CCC]

to

rw [AAA, BBB, CCC]

when this doesnt break the character limit. In reviews, this is usually adressed to fix (if new ones are generated), so I think it makes sense to do this mathlib wide one time as well. Of course the diff is pretty large, so I can of course split it up if needed.

In some instances it might be a bit more readable not to merge, but I think this is pretty rare.

This script lives in the mathlib-ci repository. To run it locally, from your mathlib4 directory:

git clone https://github.com/leanprover-community/mathlib-ci.git ../mathlib-ci

• The relative value is the weighted sum of the differences with weight given by the inverse of the current value of the statistic.
• The absolute value is the relative value divided by the total sum of the inverses of the current values (i.e. the weighted average of the differences).
