chore: rename MvPolynomial.monomial_mul to monomial_mul_monomial

Rename MvPolynomial.monomial_mul to monomial_mul_monomial for consistency with analogous theorems. For example, Polynomial.monomial_mul_monomial.

Deprecated aliases are added for backwards compatibility.

Addresses item in #21584.
