Highlights

• Added stronger project-aware Ask and Plan behavior so AVE can reason from analyzed footage, exact asset IDs, transcripts, clips, and current timeline context before drafting edits.
• Added bring-your-own planning providers for OpenAI, Anthropic, and OpenAI-compatible endpoints, with model discovery, reasoning/effort controls where supported, safer error reporting, and clearer status bar/settings UI.
• Hardened AVE Free and AVE Pro boundaries across local project limits, sequence creation, asset analysis, Plan previews, Plan execution, edit review, Project Agent, and the Global Asset Library.
• Added a proper Pro upgrade path, including clearer Free limit messaging, Pro comparison copy, launch-discount pricing copy, and upgrade modals when gated actions are reached.

• Replaced the Lucide icon set with Iconoir through a local AVE icon wrapper, then swept leftover UI glyphs so the app has a more consistent visual language.
• Polished the asset panel with fixed-width sidebar behavior, subtler selected asset states, improved folder creation controls, calmer action buttons, cleaner status badges, better Global Asset Library upsell copy, and clearer right-panel tab selection.

Editing UX

• Video assets can be previewed without adding them to the timeline.
• Audio assets can be auditioned directly from the asset panel.
• Asset cards, folder cards, selected states, status badges, and panel tabs were polished for a quieter NLE feel.
• The Global Asset Library Free-state view now explains the Pro value while still showing indexed asset counts.

Icons And Visual System

• Added Iconoir as AVE's app icon set.
• Added a local AVE icon mapping layer so future icon changes stay centralized.
• Replaced custom one-off UI glyphs where practical while leaving true render/data visuals alone.
