Private preview build of Oats.

Install: open Oats.dmg and drag Oats to Applications. Requires macOS 26+ on Apple Silicon.

Note: this build is Development-signed and NOT notarized yet, so macOS Gatekeeper will warn on first launch. Right-click the app and choose Open, then Open again to run it. A notarized build for wider distribution is coming.
