I see that @goodhousekeeper have translated part of Russian documents already, but there is a quite long gap in his work for now, and I believe I can help with the translation. I am pretty new at open-source, so please just say me if something is wrong, and I'll fix it :)

Thank you for your contribution!
Don't worry, anybody can contribute, and if you have any difficulty, do not hesitate to ask.

If you translate multiple documents, it's better to open multiple PR, so they can be merged independently, but if you are not familiar enough with GitHub to handle multiple PR/branches, that's fine, don't worry.

It's important to create early a pull request when you are working on a translation, so other translators knows someone is working on it and don't translate it in the same time than you! You can prefix the name of a PR with "[WIP]" to indicate it's still a work in progress.

Is this PR ready for review or are you still working on it to improve the translation?

@lissizza, thanks for fixing my typos in ru.toml.
I'm working on the Client Developer Information section, for now. So feel free to translate any other files from Advanced Subscriber Information.

OK, I'll do, it's no problem :)

Yes, I believe it is ready for review, and I think it would be great if @goodhousekeeper could check my translation to verify correct terminology using.
