Hello and sorry in advance if the question was answered already. Do I need root for this button to appear? Because I cannot see it in my settings. And if yet, does someone have a link for me where I can read up on how to do that and how to install xposed because I am a complete noob when it comes to Android programming and am scared to break stuff |

Yeah the instructions for this don't take into account the new google play version, so how do we do this? |

It needs a Xposed framework installed (which would need root), and the LibrePods module enabled for that setting to show |

What's the main feature you're looking for with the VendorID spoof? Rooting and installing Xposed is a security risk, and will result in several things breaking like banking apps, Play Integrity, etc.. |

Hey, didn't want to make a new topic since this is somewhat related for this but is it the case that " act as Apple device" option doesn't work for unrooted Android devices with the L2CAP bug fixed? I have a Pixel 8 running the latest GrapheneOS (Android 17, build number 2026062301) and on the v1.0.0-rc1 pre-release I don't get the option. I also don't get full seamless handoff between my Pixel and my Macbook - my Pixel can connect to them when they're idle on media playback but my macbook can never reconnect unless I manually go and trigger the reconnection. Is there anything I can try here? |
