Steam Beta does not currently enumerate SInput MISC buttons properly

Currently, in Steam Mainline, MISC buttons are properly assigned in Steam for SInput devices (GC Ultimate in this example).
In Steam Beta, only one of the full trigger presses is enumerated, while the other is ignored. This shows as M3 and M2, while M1 is missing entirely.

I tried in testcontroller, and the mappings look wrong to me. For GameCube controllers, the full trigger press should be misc3 and misc4, but the automatic mapping puts them at misc4 and misc5.

Okay, so it looks like this mapping is intentional so misc2 is always reserved for the second touchpad button.

I went ahead and moved the second touchpad button to the end of the misc buttons and moved the dual stage triggers to misc3 and misc4 in c682549 and I'll confirm Steam recognizes these properly.

I confirmed this change works correctly in Steam, and will be fixed soon in the Steam beta.
