In #109 we added the RPCs for exporting scoring data.
We should however also allow to configure https://docs.rs/ldk-node/latest/ldk_node/struct.Builder.html#method.set_pathfinding_scores_source so the Server can regularly update their scoring data from a source of user's liking.
