Shou v0.17.0

Shou v0.17.0 ships the complete native workspace and brand refresh on macOS and Windows, including design changes absent from v0.16.0.

• New original teal storage-box icon, transparent mascot and ten matching task illustrations. macOS ICNS, Windows ICO, in-app artwork and website assets share approved source images and offline generators.
• Updated top navigation, full-window teal-to-ice-blue background, responsive welcome layout, compact result pages and Settings branding follow the current shared design values.
• Review cleanup targets inline and confirm the frozen selection with the destructive footer action. Application components, developer projects and storage removal share the interaction; personal-data consent, ownership checks, current-plan verification and platform execution gates still apply. Windows installation identity and installer impact are reviewed inline.
• Includes the complete outstanding native source, shared resources, generators, bilingual documentation and design evidence. Read-only system monitoring and desktop summaries introduced in v0.16.0 remain available.

macOS supports 14+, Apple Silicon and Intel, with universal DMG/ZIP, standalone CLI, Sparkle-signed updates and checksums. The app uses an ad-hoc signature and is not Apple-notarized. Windows downloads remain unsigned, self-contained x64/ARM64 portable previews for Windows 11; public cleanup, uninstall and startup mutation gates stay closed. Full Windows UI/accessibility, ARM64 tray interaction, signing, installation and updating remain separate acceptance work. Mac menu-bar/Dock clicks have limited automation evidence. GitHub publication does not publish npm packages. Previous tags and release assets are preserved.
