Rates Update Schedule #493

As I am planning to transition to this API, one crucial question is: At what time do the rates update daily, and does the update happen at the exact time? The reason is, my current provider, updates the rates at 00:00 UTC. However, there is a massive delay of around 2-4 hours, till the new data comes in. This is one of the main reason i'm switching sources. This is crucial cause my app works on intra-day trading hours. And we need precise % change intraday. Looking forward. |

We poll providers around their expected schedule, and blended rates vary as new data comes in. You can filter by provider, but even then, there's no guarantee their data will arrive at a precise time. The whole setup is non-deterministic. |

Great, thanks. It is working well so far. I also noticed that the current day's rate do fluctuate. Which is great, instead of a static rate for the whole day. |
