- We recently moved the docs website from linode.com to akamai.com
- For the existing aliases, redirects at the Akamai edge have been created that send users from the old linode.com URL to the new akamai.com URL
- The aliases that exist in the markdown file at this moment in time are no longer needed, because those alias relative paths were never used under akamai.com
- This PR resets all of those aliases properties to empty lists
- A reset_aliases.py python script in the scripts/ subdirectory was created to perform this task
- The aliases property can still be used for new URL changes going forward
