- New uninstall.sh: removes binary, Claude Code hooks, config, and data
- Tries `rtk init -g --uninstall` first, falls back to manual cleanup
- Detects install method (cargo, script, homebrew, apt, rpm)
- Updates INSTALL.md with detailed uninstall table and instructions
- Updates README.md uninstall section with one-liner
