DateTime Parsing

Problem: DateTime not recognized when a year other than the current year is specified.

Example

Fix: Now it will be recognized correctly.

Behavior Changes

• The time now defaults to 23:59:59 if unspecified. This is more useful when setting deadlines.

Others

• Now the test for DateTime parser is more comprehensive and covers all formats allowed.
