feat(openai): add temperature parameter to STT

Summary

• Port feat(openai): add temperature parameter to STT agents#6307 by adding a temperature option to OpenAI batch STT.
• Pass temperature through to audio.transcriptions.create when provided.
• Ignore temperature for realtime transcription with a warning, matching the Python behavior.
• Add a patch changeset for @livekit/agents-plugin-openai.

Notes

• pnpm --filter @livekit/agents-plugin-openai api:check is currently blocked by API Extractor failing on the existing export * as ___ syntax in dist/index.d.ts before API comparison.
• Running pnpm vitest run plugins/openai/src/stt.test.ts with OPENAI_API_KEY set attempted the optional live Silero/OpenAI integration and failed because the local plugins/silero/dist/silero_vad.onnx asset could not be parsed in this checkout.
