Convert LemonSlice extraPayload to snake_case + misc. improvements

Description

The main change here is a bug fix that converts the extrapayload kwargs to snake_case, so that they don't get ignored by the LemonSlice API endpoint. In addition, we make small updates to bring the Node.js plugin up to speed with our Python SDK plugin.

Changes Made

• convert extraPayload params to snake_case so they dont get ignored by LemonSlice API endpoint
• elevate agentIdlePrompt to first-class parameter (matches agents Python SDK)
• pass through LiveKit session id (matches agents Python SDK)
• Add idleTimeout to README (was missing)
