feat(anam): support AI avatar disclosure

Ports livekit/agents#6695 to the Anam TypeScript plugin.

Adds an optional showAIAvatarDisclosure session option and forwards explicit true or false values to Anam while leaving the option omitted by default.

Source diff coverage

• Ported: livekit-plugins/livekit-plugins-anam/livekit/plugins/anam/types.py -> plugins/anam/src/types.ts. Added the optional public SessionOptions.showAIAvatarDisclosure boolean, adapted from Python snake_case to the target TypeScript/API camelCase convention.
• Ported: livekit-plugins/livekit-plugins-anam/livekit/plugins/anam/api.py -> plugins/anam/src/api.ts. Added conditional sessionOptions.showAIAvatarDisclosure serialization, preserving explicit false, omitting undefined, and merging with existing video dimensions.
• The source PR contains no test, example, documentation, metadata, or infrastructure file changes; there are no source files classified as not applicable.
• Target adaptation: Regenerated plugins/anam/etc/agents-plugin-anam.api.md for the new public option and added a minor changeset scoped to @livekit/agents-plugin-anam.

• Direct payload validation for true, false, and omitted disclosure values

The repository-wide pnpm api:check was also attempted; it is currently blocked by unrelated packages such as plugins/bey lacking api-extractor.json. The touched Anam package API check passes.

Why
To help users support article 50 of the EU AI act they can optionally display a watermark on their AI avatar.

Design
Resilient to omitted/None values - falls back to Anam defaults (off)
Validated on the Anam side
