CodeQL Action v1 → v4.37.4 upgrade verification:

Confirmed codeql-analysis.yml is the only workflow using github/codeql-action (init/autobuild/analyze), and this PR updates all three references consistently.
Runner is ubuntu-latest (GitHub-hosted) in all workflows — no self-hosted runners affected by the v4.36.0 breaking change (minimum CodeQL bundle bumped to 2.19.4).
No tools: input pinning a specific bundle version anywhere in the workflow, so the action always resolves the latest default bundle automatically.
Verified against the actual PR run: Analyze (javascript) job completed successfully in 1m16s (log). Bundle codeql-bundle-v2.26.2 was downloaded — well above the 2.19.4 minimum — with no version errors, no stale toolcache, no compatibility failures.
All other checks on the PR are green (Lint x2, ci_to_main x2, CodeQL gate check).

Manual functional testing (unrelated to this PR, general repo sanity check):
