PulseMeter 0.2.1

PulseMeter 0.2.1 refines the compact tray so the information needed between tasks is visible at a glance.

Download PulseMeter-0.2.1-win-x64-portable.zip, extract it, and run PulseMeter.exe.

On the GitHub release page, use the portable ZIP above for the app. GitHub also shows Source code (zip) and Source code (tar.gz) automatically for every release tag; those are source archives for developers, not the Windows app download.

New In 0.2.1

  • Each compact quota now has a clear second line with its reset time.
  • The 5-hour limit shows its local reset hour.
  • The weekly limit shows its reset weekday and local time.
  • The compact tray uses subtle separators and keeps the expand and close buttons in a reserved action area.
  • Long quota and sync text no longer clips the compact status strip.

Minimum Requirements

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit.
  • No .NET install required.
  • Codex CLI installed and signed in for live usage sync.
  • Internet access for Codex/OpenAI usage data.
