Updated .travis.yml to test against jruby 2.0 and 2.1 modes
Included jruby 2.0 mode and 2.1 mode into build matrix

Can't tell if the current failures are intermittent. The ones unrelated to JRuby certainly are. I will try to restart the build later to see if Travis' own problems are solved. For others: this is related to #348 |
