v1.2.2 - Backup To Live Verify Flow

Adds the missing backup-to-live-verification flow.

Changes:

• interactive backup now offers immediate isolated live-restore verification on the current host
• restore output now prints explicit verification instructions and isolated service names
• apply backup supports --live-verify for local isolated verification setup
• backup output now prints detected data/install/log directories
• keeps source backup read-only while allowing operator-confirmed promotion to live_restore_verified
