The VerilogCodingStyle.md guide references SystemVerilog-2012 in the Basic Style Elements section, but SystemVerilog-2017 is the more current standard. This PR updates the reference accordingly.
Note: This was originally part of #92 but was split into a separate PR at @rswarbrick's suggestion, as it is a deliberate version bump rather than a simple typo fix and may warrant broader discussion.
