Branch Tracking: Checkout New Branch

Create and switch to a new local branch from the current Branch Tracking selection:

• Local branch pill → git checkout -b <new> <sourceBranch>
• Remote tracking row or remote-only row → git checkout -b <new> --track <remote>/<branch>
• Stale remote rows are not valid sources; click the local pill to branch from local instead

This is separate from Create Local Branch on remote-only rows (pull fetch refspec), which creates/updates a local ref without switching checkout.
