Breaking: removed the Branch History tab and replaced the third tab with Files Diff.

Added Files Diff for comparing any two local or remote branch refs with changed-file totals and per-file VS Code diff opening.

Verified with npm run typecheck, npm run test:coverage (169 tests), npm run build, npm run package, and VSIX content inspection.
