Easier account setup

Adding an account now asks only for your name, email address and password. Telex finds the mail servers itself (from its list of providers, your domain's setup file and DNS records, or the usual server names) and logs in to both before saving. If it can't, the full settings form opens already filled in, with the reason.

Telex now starts empty and opens this setup on first start, instead of showing a demo mailbox.
