Adds qet-bench/docs/release_validation.md with hosted and local validation records.
Adds qet-bench/docs/vacuum_investigation_roadmap.md to separate publication hardening from future vacuum-accounting research territory.
Adds qet-bench/paper/rescience.md, a ReScience-oriented reproducibility manuscript source that explicitly names the reproduced two-qubit QET result.
Documents the optional Qiskit/Aer bridge smoke check while keeping the generated optional CSV out of the tracked artifact set.

JOSS remains a later target until public-history and impact signals mature; ReScience-style reproducibility review is the near-term fit.
