New

• Glance is now signed (publisher: Weiyi Shi, through Microsoft Artifact Signing). Windows shows the publisher's name when Glance asks for administrator rights, instead of "Unknown publisher".
• When "Start with Windows" cannot be turned on, the settings say so, and pressing it explains why and how to enable it.

Changed

• The installer recommends Program Files, or a new folder at the root of a drive (for example D:\Glance). A new folder elsewhere can still be chosen: the installer explains what that means (Glance then asks for administrator rights at every start and cannot start with Windows) and installs there if you confirm. An existing folder that other programs could have changed is not used. The installer's messages have been rewritten more clearly.
• The installer now installs the PawnIO driver itself, so sensors work wherever Glance is installed.
• Installing, uninstalling and saving settings were hardened against links planted by other programs.

Upgrading: run the new installer over the old one; your settings stay.
