MINOR IMPROVEMENTS

• Package now uses version 1 of upstream API.
• A collection ID Qname is used if there is no collection code.

BUG FIXES

• Fixed an error in the formatting of iso8061 dates.
• Fixed an error triggered if collection code is requested without
  institution code.
