Added the following functionality

• in-PDF text search
• text search across all PDFs (just type in your desired search term and filter papers which include this word!)

Applied the following fixes

• fixed broken .sh script workaround for llama.framework bug (see README) in packaged .app executable
• Minor improvements in usability for sidebar in list view, etc.

Base functionality

• Allow users to extract metadata from downloaded PDFs of academic papers
• Extracts short summary based on each paper
• Allow users to view said PDFs in PDF viewer (uses PDFKit)
• Tracks database of papers on device for easy access and recall via search terms (i.e. author, title, etc.)

This is due to a 2GB restriction on uploadable files in Github and will be fixed in future releases to use a better platform.
