Added the following functionality
- in-PDF text search
- text search across all PDFs (just type in your desired search term and filter papers which include this word!)
Applied the following fixes
- fixed broken .sh script workaround for llama.framework bug (see README) in packaged .app executable
- Minor improvements in usability for sidebar in list view, etc.
