TerseForge 0.2.0 makes the local workflow more reliable and useful on large TypeScript and JavaScript repositories.
Highlights:
- persistent incremental context index with selective reparsing
- dependency expansion for reexports, dynamic imports, CommonJS require calls, and tsconfig path aliases
- tool-aware diagnostic pruning for TypeScript, ESLint, Vitest, and Jest
- explicit
terseforge cleanretention cleanup with dry-run support - automatic
/.terseforge/Git protection and linked-state-directory rejection - reproducible five-fixture component benchmark
safe remains the default. Complete raw artifacts remain recoverable, required quality gates still fail closed, and no server or remote telemetry is introduced.
The included component benchmark reports 54.29% visible-byte reduction for safe, 76.48% for lean, and 86.10% for ultra. These figures do not claim equivalent total-token, cost, or code-quality changes.
