A small fix so there's always a way back into Capso.

Fixes

  • Opening Capso from Finder, Spotlight or Launchpad while it's already running now always brings up Preferences. Previously nothing happened, so if the menu bar icon was hidden (in Preferences, or behind the notch on a crowded menu bar) there was no way back in. (#361, reported in #247)
