XFly 0.1.2 — a menu inside the game

The stream had no way out of its own. Quitting meant reaching for the mouse and
walking through xCloud's settings, and it never really quit: history.back() left
the session alive, streaming at full bitrate to a console nobody was watching.

View + Menu (or F9) now opens XFly's own menu over the game, and quitting deletes
the session. The library search grew an on-screen keyboard, because searching had
always needed a keyboard the couch does not have. Quit XFly moved to the home
screen from the bottom of Settings, where nothing that ends every session belongs.

Along the way: the Xbox intro is skipped, the consent bar no longer flashes over
the launch, xCloud's grip handle is gone rather than merely invisible, telemetry
is silenced, loading screens say how long the wait is, and several Settings rows
could not be pressed with a pad at all.

Repository topics and page copy were rewritten to describe the project instead of
chasing search results.
