Small letters should not be allow for cart price rule if Coupon code only in Capital letters

Preconditions (*)

1. Magento 2.4

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. Login into Admin
2. Create cart price rule with all capital letters like TEST123
3. Front End -> Enter coupon code like Test123 and click on Apply

Expected result (*)

1. In Coupon code small letters should not be allowed if added coupon with Capital letters

Actual result (*)

1. It allow with the small letters
